摘　　要：研究兼容型重型异型坯连铸机核心装备技术。通过对比研究现有异型坯连铸机的装备技术,以及应用数值模拟仿真手段。开发了能兼容重型异型坯、板坯、矩形坯生产的整套核心设备,包括结晶器、内外弧结晶器液压振动装置、扇形段及底座、拉矫机及其传动装置等装备。实现了同一台连铸机上既可浇铸重型异型坯、板坯又可浇铸矩形坯,能够更好适应优特钢企业多品种、多规格、小批量订单的生产需求。Research the equipment technology of compatible heavy-duty beam blank caster.By comparing the equipment technology of existing beam blank caster machines and applying numerical simulation methods.Develops the moulds,the inner and outer arc hydraulic oscillating device,the segments and segment base frame,withdrawal and straightener unit and its transmission device that can be compatible with the production of heavyduty beam blanks,slabs,and rectangular billets.It has achieved the ability to cast both heavy beam blanks,slab billets,and rectangular billets on the same continuous casting machine,which can better meet the production needs of multiple varieties,specifications,and small batch orders of superior special steel enterprises.
