摘 要:双摆臂机构广泛应用于各行各业。首先阐述气动双摆臂机构的基本结构;其次进行气动双摆臂机构的零部件设计,并采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对整体结构和立柱、座椅骨架和压臂支架的结构和重要焊缝等关键零部件强度进行校核。研究结果表明,本研究气动双摆臂机构的主体结构由立柱、横梁、主轴、摆臂、驱动装置、气动系统等部分组成;满载工况下整体安全系数达7.4;运行极限工况条件下,整体结构与关键零部件应力均符合设计要求,为其它大型游乐项目的设计提供参考。The double swing arm mechanism is widely used in all walks of life.Firstly,the basic structure of the pneumatic double swing arm mechanism is described.Secondly,the parts of the pneumatic double swing arm mechanism were designed,and the ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to check the strength of the overall structure and key components such as the structure and important welds of the column,seat frame and pressure arm support.The results show that the main structure of the pneumatic double swing arm mechanism in this study is composed of columns,beams,spindles,swing arms,driving devices,pneumatic systems and other parts.The overall safety factor is 7.4 under full load conditions,and the stress of the overall structure and key components meets the design requirements under the extreme operating conditions,which provides a reference for the design of other large-scale amusement projects.
