摘 要:传统烧结环冷机存在漏风率高、余热利用率低、故障率高、现场环境差等现象,其核心问题为密封不可靠。对烧结环冷机密封技术进行差异化创新,按局部改造和整体改造制定了两条技术路线,并根据密封技术的不同形成了多种技术方案。各种密封技术方案均可大幅改善密封效果,对各种密封技术方案的优缺点和使用情况进行了对比。在密封技术创新的基础上,对烧结环冷机的工作原理和结构进行优化,自主研发了一种优质高效烧结环冷机。优质高效烧结环冷机通过对大量技术创新成果的应用,具有使用寿命长、冷却效果好、热废气质量高、环境清洁友好、自动化水平高、检修维护方便等技术特点,符合钢铁行业节能减排的发展要求。The traditional sintering annular cooler has the problems of high air leakage rate,low waste heat utilization rate,high failure rate and poor field environment.The core problem is that the seal is not reliable.Differential innovation is carried out on the sealing technology of sintering annular cooler.Two technical routes are formulated according to local transformation and overall transformation,and various technical schemes are formed according to different sealing technologies.All kinds of sealing technology schemes can greatly improve the sealing effect.The advantages,disadvantages and application of various sealing technology schemes are compared.On the basis of sealing technology innovation,the working principle and structure of the sintering annular cooler are optimized,and a high quality and efficient sintering annular cooler is developed independently.Through the application of a large number of technological innovation achievements,the high quality and efficiency sintering annular cooler has the technical characteristics of long service life,good cooling effect,high quality of hot waste gas,clean and friendly environment,high automation level,convenient maintenance and repair,which meets the development requirements of energy saving and emission reduction in iron and steel industry.
