摘 要:本文旨在研究移动重型卸料小车走行机构驱动功率计算及飞车校核方法。以移动重型卸料小车简化模型为研究对象,介绍和分析其在行走过程中所需克服的各种阻力,阐述常见飞车原因及措施;给出了卸料车走行机构驱动功率的计算模型和用于校核飞车的充分非必要条件。本文介绍的走行机构驱动功率计算模型和飞车校核方法充分考虑了各种工况,可指导卸料车走行机构设计。Calculation and verification of running gear of heavy-duty tripper are studied.This paper takes the simplified model of the heavy-duty tripper as the research object,introduces and analyzes the various resistance it needs to overcome in the process of traveling,and expounds the common reasons and measures of the tripperr.The calculation model of the driving power of the running gear and the sufficient and non-necessary conditions for checking the tripper are given.The driving power calculation model and the run-away slip checking method of the heavy-duty tripper introduced in this paper fully consider various working conditions and can guide the design of the running gear of heavy-duty tripper.
