摘  要:为解决Φ60mmB2圆钢棒热轧后出现空心球缺陷。对该炉号圆钢和轧制钢球进行化学成分、宏观形貌、显微组织进行分析,结果表明,组织中并无夹杂物缺陷,空心球是由于圆钢表面变形较大,中心变形较小,切断位置出现脆性断裂,在应力的作用下,进而继续撕裂,表现为韧性断裂,最后形成了空心球。采用降速30%轧制的圆钢后,成功解决了轧制钢球的空心问题。During a certain production process,hollow balls were found in theΦ60mm B2 round steel bars after hot rolling.Chemical composition,macro morphology,and microstructure analysis were conducted on the round steel and rolled steel balls of this batch.The results showed that there were no inclusions or defects in the structure.The hollow balls were caused by significant surface deformation of the round steel with minimal deformation at the center.This resulted in brittle fracture at the cutting position,which,under stress,further tore and exhibited ductile fracture,ultimately forming the hollow balls.The problem of hollow steel balls was successfully resolved by reducing the rolling speed by 30%.
