摘  要:以炼钢车间中的钢包车及渣罐车的定位问题为研究对象,对不同定位方式在工程中应用探讨。综合考虑编码器定位、激光定位以及3D激光点云定位等多种方式,对这些定位技术的原理、优缺点以及在炼钢车间中的应用进行详细分析。针对车辆定位的实际需求及工况,有着不同的成熟度、可靠性、精度及投资等特点,可作为相关领域或有实际设计使用需求的从业者进行参考。不论采用何种定位方式,旨在为炼钢车间提供一种高效、精准、可靠的车辆定位解决方案。随着技术的不断发展,可以考虑引入更先进的传感器技术,如视觉传感器、雷达等,进一步提高定位系统的性能。The purpose of this study is to investigate the positioning issues of ladle cars and slag tank cars in steelmaking workshops,and to explore the application of different positioning methods in engineering.The method comprehensively considers various methods such as encoder positioning,laser positioning,and 3D laser point cloud positioning,and analyzes in detail the principles,advantages and disadvantages of these positioning technologies,as well as their applications in steelmaking workshops.The results have different maturity,reliability,accuracy,and investment characteristics for the actual needs and working conditions of vehicle positioning,and can be used as a reference for practitioners in related fields or with actual design and usage needs.The conclusion is that regardless of the positioning method used,it aims to provide an efficient,accurate,and reliable vehicle positioning solution for the steelmaking workshop.With the continuous development of technology,it is possible to consider introducing more advanced sensor technologies,such as visual sensors,radar,etc.,to further improve the performance of the positioning system.
