摘  要:宽厚板表面质量对高压水除鳞效果的要求越来越高,除鳞效果与除鳞打击力直接相关,除鳞打击力与系统压力、喷嘴高度、除鳞角度等因数相关。高压水除鳞系统选择合适的配置和选型,提高除鳞系统的压力。集管喷嘴优化布置,采用合理的角度和高度,提高喷嘴打击力,改进除鳞质量,同时保证系统稳定、低耗运行。The surface quality of wide and heavy plates has increasingly high requirements for the descaling effect of high-pressure water,and the descaling effect is directly related to the descaling impact force,which is related to factors such as system pressures,nozzle heights,descaling angles,etc.The appropriate configuration and type of high-pressure water descaling system is selected to increase the pressure of the descaling system.The manifold nozzles are optimally arranged,and reasonable angles and heights are adopted to increase the striking power of the nozzles,improve the quality of descaling and simultaneously ensure the stable and lowconsumption operation of the system.
