摘　　要：为了提升转炉炉体更换的施工效率。根据梅钢2#转炉的结构特点设计一套转炉整体顶升更换的方案。转炉整体顶升更换的方案设计合理,顺利完成了本次转炉整体更换工作。转炉整体更换方案的实施解决了改造转炉施工中的难题,较大地提高了施工效率。The purpose of this study is to improve the construction efficiency of converter body replacement.A scheme for the overall jacking and replacement of the converter has been designed based on the structural characteristics of 2#converter in Shanghai Meishan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.The design of the overall jacking and replacement plan for the converter is reasonable,and the overall replacement work of the converter has been successfully completed.The implementation of the overall replacement plan for the converter has solved the difficulties in the construction of the converter renovation and greatly improved the construction efficiency.
