数字金融对高新技术产业链韧性的影响研究

摘　　要：大力发展数字金融是落实金融服务实体经济数字化转型的重要支撑,对增强高新技术产业链韧性具有重要作用。本文基于我国30个省份2012-2021年面板数据,探究数字金融对高新技术产业链韧性的影响。结果显示:数字金融能够显著提升高新技术产业链韧性。从作用机制方面来看,数字金融能够通过提高技术创新水平,推动产业结构升级,增强高新技术产业链韧性。从空间关联方面来看,数字金融不仅能够增强本地区高新技术产业链韧性,还能推动邻近地区高新技术产业链韧性提升。非线性关系检验结果显示,伴随经济发展水平持续提升,数字金融对高新技术产业链韧性的正向驱动作用表现出显著单门槛效应,且这一驱动效应呈现边际递增特征。据此,提出打造数字金融专属云服务平台、强化高新技术产业创新能力、实施差异化政策增强高新技术产业链韧性的相关建议,以期为打造更具韧性的高新技术产业链提供助力。Vigorously developing digital finance is an important support for implementing the digital transformation of financial services to the real economy,and plays an important role in enhancing the resilience of the high-tech industry chain.It explores the impact of digital finance on the resilience of high-tech industry chains based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021.The results show that digital finance can significantly enhance the resilience of high-tech industry chains.From the perspective of its mechanism,digital finance can enhance technological innovation,promote industrial structure upgrading,and strengthen the resilience of high-tech industrial chains.From the perspective of spatial correlation,digital finance can not only enhance the resilience of the local high-tech industry chain,but also promote the improvement of the resilience of neighboring high-tech industry chains.The results of the non-linear relationship test show that as the level of economic development continues to improve,the positive promoting effect of digital finance on the resilience of the high-tech industry chain exhibits a significant single threshold effect,and this promoting effect shows a marginal increasing characteristic.Based on this,relevant suggestions are proposed to build a digital finance exclusive cloud service platform,strengthen the innovation capability of high-tech industries,and implement differentiated policies to enhance the resilience of the high-tech industry chain,in order to provide assistance for building a more resilient high-tech industry chain.
