摘 要:本文针对A电站机组水导瓦温过高问题,详细分析了该电站1号机组水导轴承冷却系统、润滑油、轴承结构、水导摆度等情况,确定了导致水导瓦温过高的原因。研究发现水导油槽油温过低也会导致机组并网运行水导瓦温过高而报警,这与行业现有研究所发现的瓦温升高的原因不同。基于根据研究结果并结合电站设备实际情况及环境温度,本文提出了控制机组水导轴承油槽油温的解决方案,经电站的实际运行验证了该方案的可行性,进一步丰富了水电机组水导瓦温过高问题的分析处理思路及手段,对确保电站机组的安全稳定运行具有重要意义,可供行业参考借鉴。This article focuses on the problem of high temperature of the water guide bearing in Unit of the power station A.It analyzes in detail the cooling system,lubricating oil,bearing structure,and water guide swing of Generator 1 of the power station,and determines the reasons for the high temperature of the water guide bearing.The study found that the low oil temperature in the water guide oil groove can also cause the unit to be connected to the grid and the water guide bearing temperature to be too high,leading to an alarm,which is different from the reasons for the high temperature of the bearing found in existing research in the industry.Based on the research results and combined with the actual situation of power station equipment and environmental temperature,a solution to control the oil temperature of the water guide bearing oil groove of the unit has been proposed.The feasibility of this solution has been verified by the actual operation of the power station,which further enriches the ideas and methods for analyzing and treating the high temperature of the water guide bearing of hydropower units.It plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of power station units and can be used as a reference for the industry.
