摘  要:针对水电机组低频振荡问题,本文以某大型水电站为依托,对该水电站机组产生低频振荡的机理以及在不同负荷和不同水头下水轮机运行稳定性特征进行研究。分析表明,当机组在典型涡带工况区运行时,受尾水管涡带频率压力脉动的影响,机组发生涡带频率的低频振荡,且机组低频振荡频率与尾水管涡带频率相近。最后基于低频振荡机理和现有低频振荡判据,提出了在负荷调节时尽快跨越强涡带区、优化低频振荡负荷波动幅值的判据等抑制措施。实验验证表明,所提出的方法可有效降低系统诱发低频振荡的可能性,为行业同类问题的解决提供参考。In response to the problem of low-frequency oscillation in hydropower units,this paper takes a large-scale hydropower station low-frequency oscillation event as the research object,and conducts experimental research on the mechanism of low-frequency oscillation in the hydropower station unit and the characteristics of the operation stability of the hydroelectric generator unit under various working conditions such as different loads and different heads.The conclusion is that when the unit operates in the typical vortex band working area,the low-frequency oscillation of the vortex band frequency of the unit occurs due to the influence of pressure pulsation in the vortex band frequency of the tailwater pipe,and the low-frequency oscillation frequency of the unit is similar to that of the vortex band frequency of the tailwater pipe.Finally,based on the mechanism of low-frequency oscillation and existing low-frequency oscillation criteria,suppression measures such as crossing the strong vortex zone as soon as possible during load regulation and optimizing the low-frequency oscillation load fluctuation amplitude criteria were proposed.Experimental verification shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the possibility of inducing low-frequency oscillations in the system,and can provide reference for solving similar problems in the industry.
