中药灌肠对慢性肾脏病患者肠源性尿毒症毒素清除的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾脏病患者采取中药灌肠治疗对清除肠源性尿毒症毒素的效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年12月如东县中医院肾病科收治的60例慢性肾脏病患者,按照治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组(30例,采取基础治疗),观察组(30例,采取基础治疗联合中药灌肠)。比较两组临床疗效、主要症状评分情况及肾功能。结果治疗后,观察组倦怠乏力、腰酸膝软、口干口苦、脘腹胀满评分、硫酸吲哚酚、硫酸对甲酚、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。结论临床治疗慢性肾脏病患者可在基础治疗上联用中药灌肠治疗,可有效清除患者肠源性尿毒症毒素,缓解临床症状,提高肾功能。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema on the removal of intestinal uremic toxins in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods From September 2022 to December 2023,a total of 60 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Rudong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(30 cases,taking basic treatment),the observation group(30 cases,taking basic treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema).The clinical efficacy,scores of main symptoms and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of fatigue,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dry mouth and bitter mouth,abdominal distension,indoxyl sulfate,p-cresol sulfate,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of basic treatment,which can effectively remove intestinal uremic toxins,relieve clinical symptoms and improve renal function.
