针灸结合循经推拿辅助治疗老年颈肩腰腿痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸结合循经推拿辅助治疗老年颈肩腰腿痛患者的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月张店区第二人民医院收治的216例老年颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各108例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加针灸及循经推拿。比较两组疼痛评分、活动功能、关节功能改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分为(1.25±0.14)分,低于对照组的(4.89±0.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.205,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组日本骨科协会评分低于对照组,颈椎病临床评价量表评分、Neer评分、Lysholm评分、Mazur评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针灸联合循经推拿可有效缓解老年患者的颈肩腰腿疼痛,改善患者活动功能和关节功能。Objective To explore the effect of combined with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with meridian massage on the treatment of elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods A total of 216 elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Zhangdian District from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 108 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with meridian massage on the basis of the control group.The pain score,activity function and joint function improvement were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was(1.25±0.14)points,which was lower than(4.89±0.25)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.205,P<0.05).After treatment,Japanese Orthopaedic Association score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and Clinicol Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis,Neer score,Lysholm score and Mazur score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with meridian massage can effectively relieve neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in elderly patients and improve their activity function and joint function.
