六神胶囊联合苯唑西林钠治疗急性扁桃体炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究六神胶囊联合苯唑西林钠对急性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月无锡市惠山区中医医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的50例急性扁桃体炎患者,按照不同的治疗方法分为两组,各25例。对照组采用苯唑西林钠治疗,研究组采用苯唑西林钠+六神胶囊治疗。连续治疗1周后,比较两组中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、临床疗效及用药安全性。结果治疗后,研究组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%(24/25),高于对照组的72.00%(18/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组白细胞计数、中性细胞比例、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,淋巴细胞比例高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论六神胶囊与苯唑西林钠联合用药,能够提高急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效、降低炎症反应,安全有效。Objective To study the effect of Liushen Capsule combined with oxacillin sodium on acute tonsillitis.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute tonsillitis admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology in Huishan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuxi City from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxacillin sodium,and the study group was treated with oxacillin sodium+Liushen Capsule.After 1 week of continuous treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,inflammatory factors levels,clinical efficacy and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 72.00%(18/25)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,the proportion of neutrophils and the level of C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the proportion of lymphocytes was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Liushen Capsule combined with oxacillin sodium can improve the clinical efficacy of acute tonsillitis and reduce the inflammatory response,which is safe and effective.
