血府逐瘀汤加减对气滞血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛血管内皮功能的影响及临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀汤加减对气滞血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法按照治疗方法不同,将2022年1—12月涟水县中医院收治的80例气滞血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛患者分组。对照组(n=40)采取常规治疗,观察组(n=40)联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、血管内皮功能及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),相比对照组的80.00%(32/40)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组心绞痛发作频率更低,持续时间更短,一氧化氮、血管内皮生长因子更高,内皮素-1更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减针对心绞痛(气滞血瘀型不稳定型)的用药方案,可改善患者症状、血管内皮功能,安全性良好。Objective To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on vascular endothelial function in patients with unstable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods According to different treatment methods,a total of 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Lianshui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)treated with routine treatment,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,frequency and duration of angina pectoris,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group[95.00%(38/40)]was higher than the control group[80.00%(32/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group was lower,and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter,the levels of nitric oxide and vascular endothelial growth factor in the observation group were higher,and the level of endothelin-1 was lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of incidence of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the symptoms and vascular endothelial function of patients with angina pectoris(unstable type of qi stagnation and blood stasis)with good safety.
