清肺调血汤合金匮肾气丸辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)稳定期实施清肺调血汤合金匮肾气丸治疗的效果。方法按治疗方法的不同,将2021年3月—2024年3月南通市海门区中医院收治的68例慢阻肺稳定期患者分为对照组、研究组。对照组(34例)行常规治疗,研究组(34例)在对照组基础上辅以清肺调血汤合金匮肾气丸治疗。比较两组肺功能、炎症指标、症状积分以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,相较于对照组,研究组用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气容积均更高,降钙素原、白细胞介素-6水平及咳嗽、咳痰积分均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.06%(33/34),相较于对照组的79.41%(27/34)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.100,P<0.05)。结论清肺调血汤合金匮肾气丸辅助治疗慢阻肺稳定期能进一步改善患者肺功能,减轻炎症反应,提高疾病稳定性。Objective To explore the effect of Qingfei Tiaoxue Decoction combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods According to different treatment methods,a total of 68 patients of stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage admitted to Haimen District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and study group.The control group(34 cases)was treated with routine treatment,and the study group(34 cases)was treated with Qingfei Tiaoxue Decoction combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill on the basis of the control group.The lung function,inflammation indexes,symptom scores and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second in the study group were higher,the levels of procalcitonin and interleukin-6,the scores of cough and expectoration in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 79.41%(27/34)compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.100,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Qingfei Tiaoxue Decoction combined with Jingui Shenqi Pill in the treatment of stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better,which can improve the lung function of patients,alleviate the inflammatory reaction and improve the stability of the disease.
