血府逐瘀汤联合利尿剂治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀汤联合利尿剂治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的疗效。方法按治疗方法不同,将2021年5月—2023年7月广东省揭西县人民医院接诊的60例心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者分为对照组(30例,给予利尿剂治疗)、观察组(30例,在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗),比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、心功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效[96.67%(29/30)]相比于对照组[76.67%(23/30)]更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组治疗后的中医证候积分、左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径、血浆B型钠尿肽水平均更低,左室射血分数水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在不良反应发生情况方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对心肌梗死后心力衰竭采用血府逐瘀汤联合利尿剂治疗,能明显减轻患者相关症状,改善心功能,且用药安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with diuretics in the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods According to different treatment methods,a total of 60 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction who were admitted to Jiexi People's Hospital from May 2021 to July 2023 were divided into the control group(30 cases,treated with diuretics)and the observation group(30 cases,treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group[96.67%(29/30)]was higher than[76.67%(23/30)]of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter and plasma B-type natriuretic peptide levels in the observation group were lower after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction level was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with diuretics is effective in the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction.It can significantly reduce the related symptoms of patients,improve cardiac function,and has high safety.
