亮丙瑞林与知柏降火汤联合应用治疗女童中枢性性早熟的临床效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估亮丙瑞林与知柏降火汤联合治疗女童中枢性性早熟的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2021年3月—2024年3月黄冈市妇幼保健院收治的80例中枢性性早熟女童的临床资料。根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例。西医组采用亮丙瑞林治疗,联合组在西医组基础上加用知柏降火汤。对比两组性激素水平、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,联合组雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平均低于西医组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,联合组乳房提前发育、带下增多症、月经提前来潮、阴唇发育积分均低于西医组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于西医组的20.00%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。结论亮丙瑞林与知柏降火汤联合治疗女童中枢性性早熟能有效改善性激素水平和中医证候积分,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of leuprolide and Zhibai Jianghuo Decoction in the treatment of central precocious puberty in girls.Methods The clinical data of 80 girls with central precocious puberty admitted to Huanggang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with leuprorelin,and the combined group was treated with Zhibai Jianghuo Decoction on the basis of the Western medicine group.The sex hormone levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in the combined group were lower than those in the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the early breast development,increased vaginal discharge,early menstruation,and lip development scores in the combined group were lower than those in the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of leuprorelin and Zhibai Jianghuo Decoction in the treatment of central precocious puberty in girls can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
