血栓通注射液联合倍他司汀治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者血流动力学、血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血栓通注射液联合倍他司汀治疗对缺血性脑卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)患者血流动力学、血脂水平的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年8月—2023年8月宜昌市秭归县人民医院收治的110例IS患者的临床资料,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组(55例,采用基础治疗和倍他司汀治疗),观察组(55例,在对照组基础上增加血栓通注射液治疗)。比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、巴塞尔指数、健康调查简表(MOS Item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)评分、治疗效果、血流动力学指标、血脂指标。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、巴塞尔指数、SF-36评分、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为87.27%(48/55),高于对照组的70.91%(39/55),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.453,P=0.035)。结论血栓通注射液联合倍他司汀联合治疗可改善IS患者的血流动力学、血脂水平,提升患者的治疗效果,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with betahistine on hemodynamics and blood lipid levels in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with IS admitted to Yichang Zigui People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(55 cases,treated with basic treatment and betahistine),and observation group(55 cases,treated with Xueshuantong Injection on the basis of the control group).The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel Index,MOS Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)score,therapeutic effect,hemodynamics indexes and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score,Barthel index,SF-36 score,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.27%(48/55),which was higher than 70.91%(39/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.453,P=0.035).Conclusion Xueshuantong Injection combined with betahistine can improve the hemodynamics and blood lipid levels of patients with IS,improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
