活血化瘀法治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析突发性耳聋应用活血化瘀法治疗的效果。方法按照治疗方法的不同选取2022年2月—2024年1月贵州省人民医院收治的100例突发性耳聋患者分为两组,每组50例。对照组应用地塞米松磷酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用活血化瘀法治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、血清学指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、可溶性血管细胞间黏附因子-1水平均更低,降钙素基因相关肽水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋治疗应用活血化瘀法可以提高整体疗效,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To analyze the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods According to different treatment methods,100 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,and the observation group was treated with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serological indexes,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 level in the observation group were lower,and calcitonin generelated peptide level was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 78.00%(39/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.162,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of sudden deafness with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can improve the overall efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
