微型钢板内固定术在掌指关节周围骨折治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微型钢板内固定术治疗掌指关节周围骨折的效果。方法按照治疗方法的不同选取2021年1月—2024年6月淮安市淮阴区第二人民医院的64例创伤性掌指关节周围骨折患者分为两组(32例)。对照组采用克氏针内固定治疗,观察组采用切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗。比较两组临床指标、并发症发生率、手部功能恢复程度。结果观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间均更短,并发症发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组手部功能恢复优良率更高[96.88%(31/32)vs81.25%(26/32)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.010,P<0.05)。结论微型钢板内固定术在掌指关节周围骨折治疗中有助于加速骨折愈合,缩短住院时长,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the effect of mini plate internal fixation in the treatment of fractures around metacarpophalangeal joints.Methods According to the different treatment methods,64 patients with traumatic metacarpophalangeal joint fractures in the Second People's Hospital of Huaiyin District from January 2021 to June 2024 were divided into two groups(32 cases).The control group was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with open reduction and mini plate internal fixation.The clinical indexes,incidence of complications and recovery of hand function were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter,and the incidence of complications was lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hand function recovery in the observation group was higher[96.88%(31/32)vs 81.25%(26/32)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.010,P<0.05).Conclusion Mini plate internal fixation is helpful to accelerate fracture healing,shorten hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment of fractures around the metacarpophalangeal joint,with high safety.
