摘　　要：目的探究闭合复位克氏针内固定对桡骨远端骨折患者骨折复位质量的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年5月—2023年5月于诸城市中医医院就诊的64例桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(30例)行手法复位小夹板固定,观察组(34例)行闭合复位克氏针内固定。对比两组患者骨折复位质量、并发症发生率、临床疗效。结果观察组掌倾角、尺偏角均大于对照组,桡骨高度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.016,P<0.05)。结论闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折,患者骨折复位质量更佳,并发症发生风险更低且临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of closed-displacement kirschner pin internal fixation on the quality of fracture reduction in the treatment of patients with distal radius fractures.Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with distal radius fractures treated in Zhucheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(30 cases)was treated with manipulative reduction small splint fixation,and the observation group(34 cases)was treated with closed-displacement kirschner pin internal fixation.The quality of fracture reduction,incidence of complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The palmar tilt angle and ulnar deviation angle of the observation group were larger than those of the control group,and the height of the radius was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 76.67%(23/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.016,P<0.05).Conclusion Closed-displacement kirschner pin internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures has better fracture reduction quality,lower risk of complications and significant clinical efficacy.
