CT及MR诊断腰椎间盘突出的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探究CT、MR对腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的诊断价值。方法选取2022年2月—2024年6月盐城市第一人民医院收治的70例疑似LDH患者为研究对象,所有患者均行CT、MR检查,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准。分析CT、MR的诊断效能。结果临床综合诊断结果检出阳性60例,阴性10例;CT检出阳性57例,阴性13例;MR检出阳性59例,阴性11例。MR诊断的灵敏度为96.67%(58/60)、特异度为90.00%(9/10)、准确度为95.71%(67/70),均高于CT诊断的83.33%(50/60)、30.00%(3/10)、75.71%(53/70),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.926、7.500、11.433,P均<0.05)。结论LDH诊断中,MR诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均更高,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MR in lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 70 patients with suspected LDH admitted to Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospital from February 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT and MR examinations,and the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results were used as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of CT and MR was analyzed.Results The results of clinical comprehensive diagnosis were positive in 60 cases and negative in 10 cases.CT detected was positive in 57 cases and negative in 13 cases.MR detected was positive in 59 cases and negative in 11 cases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MR diagnosis were 96.67%(58/60),90.00%(9/10)and 95.71%(67/70),respectively,which were higher than 83.33%(50/60),30.00%(3/10)and 75.71%(53/70)of CT diagnosis,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.926,7.500,11.433,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of LDH,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MR diagnosis are higher,which has certain clinical application value.
