金樱子水煎液对家兔离体小肠运动影响的研究

摘　　要：目的明确金樱子对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响。方法将离体的健康成年新西兰家兔十二指肠肠段置于恒温灌流装置后随机分组并给予不同干预,分别为正常对照组(0.5 mL生理盐水)、阴性对照组(0.5 mL的1∶10000阿托品)、金樱子水煎液低浓度组(浓度依次为5、10、50、100、150 mg/mL)、金樱子水煎液高浓度组(浓度依次为250、300、350、500、750 mg/mL)。通过B20-420F恒温平滑肌实验系统,记录其收缩频率、幅度。结果与正常对照组相比,低浓度金樱子水煎液(浓度依次为50、100、150 mg/mL)对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩频率、振幅均有兴奋作用,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),当浓度为150 mg/mL时,对其兴奋作用最为显著;高浓度金樱子水煎液(浓度依次为250、350、500、750 mg/mL)对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩频率、振幅均有抑制作用,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),当浓度为750 mg/mL时,对其抑制作用最为显著。结论金樱子对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动有显著影响,其中低浓度金樱子水煎液对其有兴奋作用,高浓度金樱子水煎液有抑制作用。Objective To clarify the effect of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus on the contraction activity of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle in rabbits.Methods The isolated duodenal intestine of healthy adult New Zealand rabbits was placed in a constant temperature perfusion device and randomly divided into normal control group(0.5 mL normal saline),negative control group(0.5 mL 1∶10000 atropine),low concentration group of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus decoction(concentrations were 5,10,50,100,150 mg/mL),high concentration group of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus decoction(concentrations were 250,300,350,500,750 mg/mL).The contraction frequency and amplitude were recorded by B20-420F constant temperature smooth muscle experimental system.Results Compared with the normal control group,the low concentration of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus decoction(concentrations were 50,100,150 mg/mL,respectively)had an excitatory effect on the contraction frequency and amplitude of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle in rabbits,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),when the concentration was 150 mg/mL,the excitation effect was the most significant;the high concentration of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus decoction(concentrations were 250,350,500,750 mg/mL,respectively)had an inhibited effect on the contraction frequency and amplitude of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle in rabbits,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),when the concentration was 750 mg/mL,the inhibitory effect was the most significant.Conclusion Rosae Laevigatae Fructus has a significant effect on the contraction activity of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle in rabbits,the low concentration of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus decoction has an excitatory effect on it,and the high concentration of Rosae Laevigatae Fructus decoction has an inhibitory effect.
