摘　　要：目的探究经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢囊肿患者创伤反应及卵巢功能的影响。方法选择2021年3月至2023年4月我院收治的60例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30)。对照组接受传统腹腔镜手术,观察组接受经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术。比较两组的手术效果。结果观察组的手术时间、导尿时间、首次下床活动时间、排气时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组的促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)及前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后48 h,观察组的ACTH、CRH及PGE_(2)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组的抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,观察组的AMH、E_(2)水平高于对照组,FSH、LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿患者的效果显著,可缓解创伤反应,降低术后并发症发生风险,对卵巢功能保护作用更为明显,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on trauma response and ovarian function in patients with ovarian cysts.Methods Sixty patients with ovarian cysts admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group received traditional laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group received transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,catheterization time,first ambulation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant differences in the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),corticotropin-releasing hormone(CRH)and prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05);at 48 h after operation,the levels of ACTH,CRH and PGE_(2) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant differences in the levels of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05);at discharge,the levels of AMH and E_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of FSH and LH were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of patients with ovarian cysts has a significant effect,which can alleviate the
