清肺化痰糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察清肺化痰糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床效果。方法选取2023年5月至2024年9月在潍坊市中医院门诊及住院治疗的200例轻症MPP患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各100例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合清肺化痰糖浆治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间及生化指标。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为91.00%,显著高于对照组的81.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的CRP、D-二聚体、LDH及IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肺化痰糖浆联合阿奇霉素治疗轻症儿童MPP可提高治疗总有效率,有效缩短患儿发热、咳嗽消失时间,降低患儿血清CRP、D-二聚体、LDH、IL-6水平,控制机体炎症,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan syrup combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods A total of 200 children with mild MPP who were treated in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to September 2024 were selected as study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the experimental group was treated with Qingfei Huatan syrup on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time and biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time and cough relief time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP,D-dimer,LDH and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Huatan syrup combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mild MPP in children can improve the total effective rate of treatment,effectively shorten the disappearance time of fever and cough,reduce the levels of serum CRP,D-dimer,LDH and IL-6,and control the inflammation of the body,which is worthy of clinical application.
