摘  要:目的研究掀针结合神经肌肉电刺激与口腔功能训练对脑瘫流涎症患儿吞咽、咀嚼功能及血清髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在我院治疗的80例脑瘫流涎症患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。两组均开展神经肌肉电刺激与口腔功能训练,研究组在此基础上联合掀针治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、吞咽功能、咀嚼功能及血清学指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的吞咽功能均得到显著改善,且研究组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的牙齿咬合程度、进食食品类型及咀嚼食品情况评分均升高,且研究组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MBP、NSE水平均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掀针结合神经肌肉电刺激与口腔功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症的效果显著,可改善患儿的吞咽、咀嚼功能,降低血清MBP、NSE水平,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To study the effects of press needle combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation and oral function training on swallowing,chewing function and serum myelin basic protein(MBP)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)levels in children with cerebral palsy salivation.Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy salivation treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.Neuromuscular electrical stimulation and oral function training were carried out in both groups,and the study group was treated with press needle on this basis.The therapeutic effect,swallowing function,chewing function and serological indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the swallowing function of the two groups significantly improved,and that of the study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tooth occlusion,food type and chewing food in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MBP and NSE in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The press needle combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation and oral function training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy salivation has a significant effect,which can improve the swallowing and chewing function of children,and reduce the levels of serum MBP and NSE.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
