芍药汤合痛泻要方加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析芍药汤合痛泻要方加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的有效性与安全性。方法选取2021年1月至12月收治的100例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,以治疗方案不同将其分为西药组(50例,常规西医治疗)和中医组(50例,常规西医+芍药汤合痛泻要方加减治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果中医组的治疗总有效率高于西药组,上腹部疼痛、反酸、嗳气、脓血便消失时间短于西药组,1年内复发率低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医组的黏液脓血便、里急后重、肛门灼痛、小便短赤、舌苔黄厚评分低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中医组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)水平低于西药组,表皮生长因子(EGF)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论芍药汤合痛泻要方加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者可取得安全、高效的理想效果。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of modified Shaoyao decoction combined with Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis admitted from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into western medicine group(50 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and traditional Chinese medicine group(50 cases,conventional western medicine+modified Shaoyao decoction combined with Tongxie Yaofang).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group,the disappearance time of upper abdominal pain,acid reflux,belching and bloody purulent stool were shorter than those in the western medicine group,and the recurrence rate within 1 year was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mucus pus and bloody stool,tenesmus,anal burning pain,short red urine,yellow and thick tongue coating in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),nitric oxide(NO)and interleukin-33(IL-33)in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and the levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shaoyao decoction and Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis can achieve safe and efficient ideal curative effect.
