摘　　要：目的探讨肘静脉采血后压脉带压迫止血的效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年9月于本院健康管理中心采血室行肘静脉采血的600名体检者为研究对象,按采血时间将其分为对照组和观察组,每组300例。对照组采用传统棉签按压法压迫止血,观察组采用压脉带压迫止血。比较两组的止血效果、止血时间、并发症发生情况及采血满意度。结果对照组76.00%的体检者压迫5 min后止血,观察组84.00%的体检者压迫3 min后止血;观察组的止血效果优于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的淤血、血肿发生率及并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的采血满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肘静脉采血后应用压脉带压迫止血效果较好,操作方法简单、实用、成本低,止血效果好,能缩短止血时间,有效降低淤血、血肿发生率,节省体检者体检时间,提高体检工作效率和采血满意度。Objective To explore the effect of pressure band compression hemostasis after elbow vein blood collection.Methods A total of 600 physical examinees who underwent elbow vein blood collection in the blood collection room of the health management center of our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.The physical examinees were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of blood collection,with 300 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional cotton swab pressing method to stop bleeding,and the observation group was given pressure band compression hemostasis.The hemostatic effect,hemostatic time,complications and blood collection satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,76.00%of the physical examinees stopped bleeding after 5 min of compression,and 84.00%of the physical examinees in the observation group stopped bleeding after 3 min of compression;the hemostatic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the hemostatic time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of blood stasis,hematoma and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of blood collection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure band compression hemostasis applied after elbow vein blood collection has a good hemostatic effect.The operation method is simple,practical,low cost,and has good hemostatic effect.It can shorten the hemostatic time,effectively reduce the incidences of blood stasis and hematoma,save the physical examination time of physical examinees,and improve the efficiency of physical examination and blood collection satisfaction.
