中药封包联合情志疗法对心脏瓣膜病置换术后患者心理弹性及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中药封包联合情志疗法对心脏瓣膜病置换术后患者心理弹性及血流动力学的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月就诊于我院的86例心脏瓣膜病患者为研究对象,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=43)和研究组(n=43)。两组均接受心脏瓣膜置换术治疗,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施中药封包联合情志疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的心理弹性量表(RS-14)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的高切全血黏度(HBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、低切全血黏度(LBV)及中切全血黏度(MBV)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的6 min步行距离(6MWD)长于对照组,明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药封包联合情志疗法能改善心脏瓣膜置换术后患者心理弹性及血流动力学,提高自我效能,降低下肢DVT发生率,改善预后。Objective To study the effects of Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with emotional therapy on psychological resilience and hemodynamics of patients after heart valve disease replacement.Methods A total of 86 patients with heart valve disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=43)and study group(n=43)by random envelope method.Both groups were treated with heart valve disease replacement.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with emotional therapy on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the 14 items Resilience Scale(RS-14)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,high blood viscosity(HBV),plasma viscosity(PV),low blood viscosity(LBV)and medium blood viscosity(MBV)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 6 minutes walking distance(6MWD)of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with emotional therapy can improve the psychological resilience and hemodynamics of patients after heart valve disease replacement,elevate the self-efficacy,reduce the incidence of lower extremity DVT,and ameliorate the prognosis.
