人文关怀干预联合心理弹性训练对卵巢癌化疗患者心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀干预联合心理弹性训练对卵巢癌化疗患者心理状态的影响。方法选取于本院接受化疗的130例卵巢癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=65)和观察组(n=65)。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行人文关怀干预联合心理弹性训练。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及社会影响量表(SIS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的成人心理弹性量表(RSA)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的抑郁与焦虑、自我控制和自我效能感、自尊和自我接纳、态度、归属感评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀干预联合心理弹性训练可有效调节卵巢癌化疗患者心理状态,提高抗应激能力以及心理社会适应能力,减轻病耻感。Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care intervention combined with psychological resilience training on psychological state of patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 130 patients with ovarian cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=65)and observation group(n=65)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received humanistic care intervention combined with psychological resilience training.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Social Impact Scale(SIS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Resilience Scale for Adults(RSA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety,self-control and self-efficacy,self-esteem and self-acceptance,attitude and sense of belonging in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care intervention combined with psychological resilience training can effectively regulate the psychological state of patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy,improve anti-stress ability and psychosocial adaptability,and reduce stigma.
