摘　　要：目的探讨基于行为决策分析系统的无缝隙护理对急腹症患者恢复情况及满意度的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2023年5月我院收治的82例急腹症患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为常规组(41例,常规急诊护理)及观察组(41例,基于行为决策分析系统的无缝隙护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的分诊评估时间、预检时间、确诊时间及治疗前准备时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的分诊准确率、预检正确率及入院2 h内治疗率均高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及心率(HR)低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次下床活动时间、术后进食时间及住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于行为决策分析系统的无缝隙护理可缩短急腹症患者的急救时间,提高救治效率及满意度,降低不良事件发生率及生理应激,促进机体恢复。Objective To explore the influences of seamless nursing based on behavioral decision analysis system on the recovery and satisfaction of patients with acute abdomen.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute abdomen admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into routine group(41 cases,routine emergency nursing)and observation group(41 cases,seamless nursing based on behavioral decision analysis system).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The triage evaluation time,pre-examination time,diagnosis time and preparation time before treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The triage accuracy,pre-examination accuracy and treatment rate within 2 h of admission in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,time of first out-of-bed activity,postoperative eating time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing based on behavioral decision analysis system can shorten the first aid time of patients with acute abdomen,improve the treatment efficiency and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse events and physiological stress,and promote the recovery of the body.
