摘　　要：随着全球终末期肾病(ESRD)患者数量的不断增加,维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的人数越来越多。疾病本身与治疗过程引发的身体、心理和社会问题,导致MHD患者普遍存在病耻感。病耻感可能导致患者出现社交回避、讳疾忌医等行为,严重影响其身心健康。本文围绕MHD患者病耻感的概念、研究现状、影响因素及干预措施等方面进行综述,并对未来关于MHD患者病耻感的研究方向提出展望,旨在为医护人员制定科学、个性化的干预方案提供理论依据和实践参考。With the increasing number of patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)worldwide,the number of patients on maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)is increasing.The physical,psychological and social problems caused by the disease itself and the treatment process lead to the prevalence of stigma in MHD patients.Stigma may lead to patients'behaviors such as social avoidance and refusal to treat,which seriously affect their physical and mental health.This article reviews the concept,research status,influencing factors and intervention measures of stigma in MHD patients,and proposes forward the prospect of future research direction on stigma in MHD patients,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for medical staff to formulate scientific and personalized intervention programs.
