摘　　要：富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)是一种血小板浓缩物,激活后可释放多种生长因子,在促进组织修复中发挥着重要作用。目前PRP治疗作为一种新型技术在很多疾病治疗和预后方面已取得显著临床效果,被应用于骨科、疼痛科、皮肤科等多个学科,近几年PRP在生殖医学中的应用受到广泛关注。本文简要综述宫内灌注PRP对子宫内膜损伤修复作用的可能机制,为应用PRP治疗女性不孕症提供理论依据。Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)is a platelet concentrate that releases various growth factors upon activation and plays an important role in promoting tissue repair.Currently PRP therapy,as a novel technique,has achieved significant clinical results in the treatment and prognosis of many diseases,and has been applied in multiple disciplines such as orthopedics,pain management,and dermatology.In recent years,the application of PRP in reproductive medicine has attracted widespread attention.This article briefly reviews the possible mechanisms of the effect of intrauterine infusion of PRP on endometrial injury repair,providing a theoretical basis for the application of PRP in the treatment of female infertility.
