基于气血津液理论探讨肠道菌群与干燥综合征发病的相关性

摘　　要：肠道菌群变化对各类疾病的临床表现、严重程度以及治疗预后之间的关系越来越受到国内外学者的重视,近年来研究发现肠道微生物组群的改变,将导致干燥综合征患者体内促炎与抗炎免疫反应间的失衡。本文基于干燥综合征“气血津液亏虚”的病机特征以及肠道菌群归属于中医脏腑学说的脾胃系统,从中医气血津液理论出发,联系肠道菌群失调状态,就中医药调节肠道菌群以控制干燥综合征的疾病进展作一综述,探讨防治干燥综合征的可能性与相关性,为临床治疗干燥综合征拓展新思路。The correlation between the changes of intestinal flora and the clinical manifestations,severity and prognosis of various diseases has been paid more and more attention by scholars at home and abroad.In recent years,it has been found that the changes of intestinal flora will lead to the imbalance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory immune responses in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome.Based on the pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome"deficiency of qi,blood and body fluids"and the fact that intestinal flora belongs to the spleen and stomach system of viscera theory of traditional Chinese medicine,starting from the theory of qi,blood and body fluids of traditional Chinese medicine,connecting with the imbalance of intestinal flora,the regulation of intestinal flora by traditional Chinese medicine to control the disease progress of Sjogren’s syndrome is summarized,the possibility and correlation of preventing and treating Sjogren’s syndrome are discussed,and new ideas for clinical treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome are expanded in this paper.
