摘　　要：随着结直肠癌发病率的不断上升,肠造口患者人数也逐年增多。造口术后,由于排便方式的改变,很多患者常受到负性情绪的影响,严重阻碍了其疾病康复进程和生活质量的提升。社会支持是术后康复的一个重要调节因素,家属、朋友及陪护的帮助与理解是肠造口患者身体恢复和回归正常生活的关键。基于此,本文从社会支持的相关概念、评估工具、近年来关于社会支持在肠造口患者中的应用现状及相关护理干预措施进行综述,旨在为提高结直肠癌肠造口患者社会支持方案的构建提供参考和借鉴。With the rising incidence of colorectal cancer,the number of patients with colostomy is also increasing year by year.After stoma surgery,due to the change of defecation pattern,many patients are often affected by negative emotions,which seriously hinders the recovery process and the improvement of their quality of life.Social support is an important regulatory factor in postoperative rehabilitation,and the help and understanding of family members,friends,and caregivers are key to the physical recovery and return to normal life of patients with intestinal stoma.Based on this,the relevant concepts of social support,evaluation tools,the current application status of social support in patients with intestinal stoma in recent years and related nursing interventions are reviewed in this article,aiming to provide reference and guidance for improving the construction of social support programs for patients with colorectal cancer with intestinal stoma.
