摘　　要：目的观察自拟方乙癸汤治疗女童非促性腺激素释放激素依赖性(GnRH)性早熟的临床效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院黑龙江医院,2023年1月至2024年2月诊断为非GnRH依赖性性早熟女童60例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组应用中成药知柏地黄丸联合大补阴丸治疗,观察组应用乙癸汤中药颗粒汤剂治疗,治疗3个月后,比较两组患儿体重指数(BMI)、子宫容积、卵巢容积以及血清促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇激素(E_(2))水平。结果治疗前两组BMI、子宫容积、卵巢容积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后,BMI、子宫容积、卵巢容积有所减小,与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后BMI、子宫容积、卵巢容积较治疗前有所减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且子宫容积、卵巢容积较对照组治疗后小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组E_(2)、LH、FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组E_(2)、LH、FSH水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后与同组治疗前E_(2)水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LH、FSH水平与同组治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟方乙癸汤治疗女童非GnRH依赖性性早熟可有效改善BMI水平、子宫及卵巢容积,降低雌二醇水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made prescription on the treatment of gonadotropic releasing hormone(GnRH)-independent precocious puberty in girls with Yigui Decoction.Methods A total of 60 girls with GnRH-independent precocious puberty diagnosed in the Heilongjiang Hospital of Beijing Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill combined with Dabuyin Pill,while the observation group was treated with Yigui Decoction of Chinese herbal granule decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the body mass index(BMI),uterine volume,ovarian volume and serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))levels of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in BMI,uterine volume and ovarian volume between the two groups,which were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMI,uterine volume and ovarian volume in the control group decreased,and there were no statistically significant differences compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMI,uterine volume and ovarian volume of the observation group decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),Moreover,the uterine volume and ovarian volume decreased compared with those of the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of E_(2),LH and FSH between the two groups,which were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no statisticlaly significant differences in the levels of E_(2),LH and FSH in the control group before treatment(P>0.05).Compared between after treatment and before treatment,the level of E_(2) in the observation group decre
