摘 要:目的探讨延续性护理联合弹力带训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者稳定期心肺功能的改善情况。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月就诊于福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院的COPD患者60例,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和干预组,每组各30例。对照组给予延续性护理,干预组在延续性护理基础上进行弹力带训练。干预8周后比较两组心肺功能改善情况。结果干预后,干预组慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试评分为(11.31±2.82)分,低于对照组的(16.14±2.88)分,6 min步行试验为(386.20±25.10)m,大于对照组的(353.40±23.00)m,第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))为(1.95±0.29)L,大于对照组的(1.68±0.28)L,FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)为(62.49±6.16),大于对照组的(56.32±5.15),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理联合弹力带训练可以改善COPD患者稳定期心肺功能。Objective To investigate the improvement of cardiopulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)by continuity of care combined with elastic belt training.Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD admitted to the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the intervention group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with continuity of care,while the intervention group was treated with elastic belt training based on continuity of care.After 8 weeks of intervention,the improvement of cardiopulmonary function was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test score of the intervention group was(11.31±2.82)points,lower than(16.14±2.88)points of the control group,six-minute walk distance was(386.20±25.10)m,higher than(353.40±23.00)m of the control group,forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV_(1))was(1.95±0.29)L,higher than(1.68±0.28)L of the control group,and FEV_(1)/forced vital capacity(FVC)was(62.49±6.16),higher than(56.32±5.15)of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuity of care combined with elastic belt training can improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients with COPD in stable period.
