骨折后急性疼痛肿胀采用桃红接骨汤加减治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探究桃红接骨汤加减对骨折后急性疼痛肿胀的治疗效果。方法 选取汕头市第二人民医院2023年7月至2024年6月收治的80例下肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=40,常规治疗)与研究组(n=40,桃红接骨汤加减+常规治疗),比较两组治疗前后的疼痛、肿胀程度、炎症指标、凝血指标,并统计各组疼痛、肿胀消失时间与并发症发生情况。结果 两组治疗后的疼痛、肿胀视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且研究组治疗后的疼痛、肿胀VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组疼痛、肿胀消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗后的白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原水平均低于治疗前,且研究组治疗后的这几项指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将桃红接骨汤加减应用于骨折患者的治疗,可有效缓解其疼痛、肿胀程度,还可调节机体炎症反应与凝血功能,预防多种并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of modified Taohong Jiegu Decoction in the treatment of acute pain and swelling after fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pain and swelling after lower limb fractures admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Shantou from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=40,with conventional treatment)and the study group(n=40,with modified Taohong Jiegu Decoction+conventional treatment).The pain,swelling degree,inflammation indices,and coagulation indices before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the disappearance time of pain and swelling and the incidence of complications were statistically analyzed in each group.Results It showed that the visual analogue scales(VAS)scores for pain and swelling in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,after treatment,the VAS scores for pain and swelling in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pain and swelling in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the average white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,D-dimer,and fibrinogen levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indices in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50%,lower than 17.50%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Taohong Jiegu Decoction in the treatment of fracture patients can effectively alleviate their pain and swelling,regulate the body’s inflammation response and coagulation function,and prevent the occurrence of various complications.
