摘　　要：目的 探讨球囊扩张+色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂+桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗伴分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的变应性鼻炎(AR)的效果。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年10月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院耳鼻喉颌面外科收治的接受住院治疗的伴SOM的AR患者40例,按随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。其中,对照组接受色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂+桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗,治疗组接受球囊扩张+色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂+桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗。比较分析两组患者治疗前及治疗后AR相关症状评分及血清特异性IgE水平;比较分析两组治疗前及治疗后SOM改善及听力情况。结果 治疗后,治疗组患者鼻痒、打喷嚏、流涕症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组鼻塞评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清特异性IgE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血清特异性IgE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组术后咽口水肿、鼓室负压、耳闷、耳痛消失例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组听力改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 球囊扩张+色甘萘甲那敏鼻喷雾剂+桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗可以显著缓解伴SOM的AR患者鼻部不适症状,有效降低血清特异性IgE的浓度,患者术后咽口水肿消肿快、耳闷、耳痛消失快,并能使鼓室内外压力快速达到平衡,故联合用药治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of balloon dilation+sodium cromoglicate and naphazoline hydrochloride nasal spray+eucalyptus citrus pine extract enteric-coated soft capsules for allergic rhinitis(AR)with secretory otitis media(SOM).Methods A total of 40 patients with AR with SOM admitted to and treated in the Department of Otolaryngology and Maxillofacial Surgery of the No.988 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from October 2022 to October 2023 were divided into the treatment group(n=20)and the control group(n=20)according to the random number table method,in which,the control group was treated with sodium cromoglicate and naphazoline hydrochloride nasal spray and eucalyptus citrus pine extract enteric-coated soft capsules,while the treatment group was treated with balloon dilation+sodium cromoglicate and naphazoline hydrochloride nasal spray+eucalyptus citrus pine extract enteric-coated soft capsules.The symptom scores and serum specific IgE levels of patients with AR before and 3 months after treatment were compared and analyzed.The improvement of SOM and hearing of the two groups before and 3 months after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the symptoms scores of nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose in patients of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in nasal congestion score between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum specific IgE levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum specific IgE scores in patients of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were obvious differences in the number of cases of phar
