摘　　要：目的调查并分析青年癌症患者家庭抗逆力现状及影响因素。方法选取2023年3—11月陕西省宝鸡市中心医院219位青年癌症患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、家庭抗逆力问卷、疾病感知问卷简化版、灵性需求问卷进行调查。结果青年癌症患者家庭抗逆力总分为(130.88±24.43)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,癌症原发灶-区域淋巴结-远处转移(TNM)病理分期(B=-4.939,P=0.001)、疾病感知(B=-0.548,P<0.001)、灵性需求(B=0.398,P<0.001)进入回归方程(F=8.801,P<0.001),可解释青年癌症患者家庭抗逆力23.7%的总变异。结论青年癌症患者家庭抗逆力处于中等偏上水平。癌症TNM病理分期、疾病感知、灵性需求是癌症患者家庭抗逆力的影响因素。提示医护人员应重视对青年癌症患者家庭抗逆力的评估,针对影响因素,构建和实施以家庭为中心的抗逆力干预体系,助力危机下的家庭良好调适。Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of family resilience of youth patients with cancer and its impacting factors.Methods A total of 219 youth patients with cancer admitted to Baoji Central Hospital in Shaanxi Province from March to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.And they were investigated by using general information questionnaire,family resilience questionnaire,simplified version of disease perception questionnaire and spiritual needs questionnaire.Results The total score of family resilience of youth patients with cancer was(130.88±24.43)points.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the pathological TNM staging of the primary cancer-regional lymph nodes-distant metastasis(B=-4.939,P=0.001),disease perception(B=-0.548,P<0.001),and spiritual needs(B=0.398,P<0.001)entered the regression equation(F=8.801,P<0.001).These factors could explain 23.7%of the total variance in family resilience in youth patients with cancer.Conclusion The family resilience of youth patients with cancer is at the upper-middle level.Cancer TNM pathological stages,disease perception and spiritual needs are the impacting factors of family resilience of patients with cancer.It is suggested that medical staff should pay attention to the assessment of the family resilience of youth patients with cancer,and construct and implement a family-centered resilience intervention system to help families adjust well under the crisis.
