摘　　要：目的 探究4M1E精细化管理法在门诊药房管理中的应用效果。方法 将2023年7—12月梧州市工人医院药学部门诊实施常规管理的1000份处方纳入对照组,将2024年1—6月实施4M1E精细化管理法的1000份处方纳入观察组,分别统计对照组、观察组工作人员工作效率、药房管理质量评分、处方调剂差错发生率、患者满意度。结果 观察组单方调剂时间、患者等候时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组处方调剂总差错率为0.70%,低于对照组的3.20%(P <0.05);观察组患者总满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组药房环境、药品摆放、拆零药品管理、药品质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 4M1E精细化管理应用于门诊药房,有利于提升药房工作人员综合水平及工作效率,降低处方调剂差错率,减少患者等药时间,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of 4M1E refined management method in outpatient pharmacy management.Methods A total of 1000 prescriptions from the Department of Pharmacy of Wuzhou Gongren Hospital implemented conventional management from July to December 2023 were included in the control group,and prescriptions from January to June 2024 implemented 4M1E refined management method were included in the observation group(n=1000).The work efficiency of staff in the control group and the observation group,pharmacy management quality score,prescription dispensing error rate,and patient satisfaction were respectively calculated.Results The observation group had both significantly lower unilateral adjustment time and patient waiting time compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall error rate of prescription adjustment in the observation group was 0.70%,lower than 3.20%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pharmacy environment,drug placement,management of dismantled drugs,and drug quality in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 4M1E refined management in outpatient pharmacy is beneficial for improving the comprehensive level and work efficiency of pharmacy staff,reducing prescription dispensing error rates,decreasing waiting time for patients,and improving patient satisfaction.
