摘　　要：目的 建立经颈静脉肝内门静脉系统分流术(TIPS)围手术期护理质量敏感指标体系。方法 以围手术期护理质量为建设目标,2023年5-12月通过文献回顾和专家咨询获得围手术期护理敏感指标,并建立护理质量的敏感指标体系。结果 两轮咨询问卷的总体有效率分别为90%和95%;权威系数为0.781、0.844,肯德尔协调系数为0.369、0.372;最后制定了4项初级护理指标、16项二级护理指标和49项三级护理指标。结论 本研究围绕TIPS围手术期护理的关键环节,通过文献回顾和专家咨询建立了围手术期护理敏感指标体系。Objective To establish a sensitive index system of perioperative nursing quality in transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS).Methods With the construction goal of perioperative nursing quality,sensitive indexes of perioperative nursing were obtained through literature review and expert consultation conducted from May to December 2023,and a sensitive index system of nursing quality was established.Results Overall effective rates of the questionnaires in the two rounds of consultation were found to be 90%and 95%,respectively.Authority coefficients were 0.781 and 0.844.Kendall’s coefficients of concordance were 0.369 and 0.372.A total of 4 primary,16 secondary,and 49 tertiary nursing indexes were developed ultimately.Conclusion A sensitive index system of perioperative nursing was established through literature review and expert consultation in this paper,with a focus on the key aspects of perioperative nursing in TIPS.
