摘　　要：胫骨骨缺损是骨科临床常见且棘手的问题,常由创伤、感染和肿瘤等多种因素引发。作为人体主要承重骨之一,胫骨骨缺损不仅严重影响患者患肢的正常功能,导致患者行走困难和疼痛加剧,还可能引发长期残疾,对患者的身心健康及生活质量造成极大负面影响。随着科学技术的发展,胫骨骨缺损的治疗取得新的进展。本文系统综述胫骨骨缺损临床治疗方法的研究进展,以期为临床医师提供相关疾病治疗的可靠决策依据。Tibial bone defect is a common and difficult problem in orthopedic clinic,which is often caused by many factors such as trauma,infection and tumor.As one of the main load-bearing bones of the human body,tibial bone defect not only seriously affects the normal function of the affected limb of the patient,leading to difficulty in walking and aggravation of pain,but also may cause long-term disability,which has a great negative impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of the patient.With the development of science and technology,new progress has been made in the treatment of tibial bone defects.This article systematically reviews the research progress of clinical treatment methods for tibial bone defects,in order to provide clinicians with reliable decision-making basis for the treatment of related diseases.
