摘　　要：介入手术的顺利开展离不开相关介入设备及耗材的正确使用,其中血管鞘管作为介入手术的必备耗材,是确保手术成功的关键环节。临床上仍存在因操作不当导致血管鞘管置入失败的案例,但血管鞘管断裂并卡嵌在股静脉内的事件较为罕见。本文报道1例股静脉内血管鞘管断裂的处置体会,并结合文献复习,探讨其发生原因、处理方法及预防措施,以期为临床实践提供参考和借鉴。The smooth development of interventional surgery is inseparable from the correct use of related interventional equipment and consumables.As an essential consumable for interventional surgery,vascular sheath is a key link to ensure the success of surgery.Clinically,there are still cases of failure of vascular sheath placement due to improper operation,but the events of vascular sheath rupture and entrapment in the femoral vein are rare.This paper reports the treatment experience of 1 case of femoral vein sheath rupture,and discusses the causes,disposal methods and preventive measures in combination with literature review,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
