足三里穴烧山火灸法治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎验案1例报道

摘　　要：桥本氏甲状腺炎的临床治疗以西医为主,过去中医治疗以中药复方调理为主,针灸治疗在临床上并未得到大力推广;但近年来,临床研究证明针灸治疗对该病有效。本文报道1例采用陆氏针灸学派特色疗法治疗的桥本氏甲状腺炎患者,依次针刺患者双侧扶突穴、外关穴、合谷穴、足三里穴、三阴交穴和太冲穴,且足三里穴采用烧山火手法结合温针灸特色疗法。经过2个疗程的治疗后该患者大部分实验室检查及临床不适症状的改善效果良好。本文介绍该例患者总结其诊疗思路和操作方法,以期为临床中医治疗该病提供新的参考思路。The clinical treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis is mainly based on western medicine.In the past,traditional Chinese medicine treatment was mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine compound conditioning,and acupuncture treatment has not been vigorously promoted in clinical practice.However,in recent years,clinical studies have shown that acupuncture treatment is effective for the disease.This paper reports 1 case of Hashimoto's thyroiditis treated with the characteristic therapy of Lu's acupuncture school.The patient was acupunctured on bilateral Futu,Waiguan,Hegu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Taichong points in turn,and Zusanli was treated by mountain burning moxibustion combined with warm acupuncture characteristic therapy.After 2 courses of treatment,most of the patient's laboratory tests and clinical symptoms improved well.This paper introduces the patient's diagnosis and treatment ideas and operation methods,in order to provide a new reference for clinical Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.
