摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理在脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年12月南充市中心医院收治的72例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者,按照不同护理方法分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=37)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予早期康复护理。比较两组患者护理效果、并发症、吞咽功能及生活质量。结果护理3个月后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组;两组标准吞咽功能评定量表和吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理在脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果较好,有助于患者恢复吞咽功能,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 72 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=37)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,complications,swallowing function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the scores of Standard Swallowing Assessment and Swallowing-Quality of Life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction is better,which is helpful for patients to restore swallowing function,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
