基于健康行为程式模型的菜单式护理在成人肾病综合征患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析基于健康行为程式模型(HAPA)的菜单式护理在成人肾病综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月北京大学首钢医院收治的60成人肾病综合征患者,按护理方式分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于HAPA的菜单式护理。比较两组遵医行为依从性、健康行为能力、自我护理能力及并发症。结果观察组遵医行为总依从性高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组;护理30 d后,两组营养管理、心理安适、适当运动、自我护理技能、自我概念、健康知识水平和自我护理责任感评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于HAPA的菜单式护理能够提高成人肾病综合征患者的遵医行为依从性、健康行为能力和自我护理能力,并减少并发症发生。Objective To analyze the effect of menu nursing based on health action process approach(HAPA)in adult patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 60 adult patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Peking University Shougang Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given menu nursing based on HAPA.The compliance behavior,health behavior ability,self-care ability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group.After 30 days of nursing,the scores of nutritional management,psychological comfort,appropriate exercise,self-care skills,self-concept,health knowledge level and selfcare responsibility in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The menu nursing based on HAPA can improve the compliance behavior,health behavior ability and self-care ability of adult patients with nephrotic syndrome,and reduce the incidence of complications.
