摘 要:目的探讨饮食分层护理在颅脑外伤吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取汕头市第二人民医院2020年11月—2021年10月收治的颅脑外伤吞咽障碍患者60例,根据入院顺序编号,采用奇偶数分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予饮食分层护理,比较两组患者营养情况、吞咽障碍程度及营养状态。结果护理后,观察组体重指数、上臂肌维、转铁蛋白、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白水平及微型营养评定量表评分均高于对照组,吞咽筛查量表-10评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食分层护理应用于颅脑外伤吞咽障碍患者中,能够提升患者营养指标,有效改善患者的吞咽功能和营养状态。Objective To explore the application effect of diet stratified nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma dysphagia.Methods A total of 60 patients with craniocerebral trauma dysphagia admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Shantou from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into observation group and control group by odd-even grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given diet stratified nursing.The nutritional status,dysphagia degree and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the body mass index,arm muscle circumference,transferrin,albumin,prealbumin level and Mini Nutritional Assessment score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the Eating Assessment Tool-10 score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of diet stratified nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma dysphagia can improve the nutritional indicators of patients and effectively improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients.
