1例复合手术治疗迟发性胰十二指肠切除术后出血患者的围术期护理

摘　　要：迟发性胰十二指肠切除术后出血(PPH)在临床上较不常见,但致死率极高,需采取及时有效的治疗措施。复合手术是一种在实时影像学引导下,结合介入技术与外科手术手段治疗复杂疾病的技术。本文报道1例复合手术治疗迟发性PPH患者的围术期护理,通过术前多学科团队协作和协调手术安排,术中高效配合止血、辐射防护、皮肤管理、复合保温、权衡风险防栓塞,术后介入穿刺肢体护理及安全转运等方法,患者最终顺利完成手术,术后恢复良好,于62 d后顺利出院。本文总结该病例围术期护理经验,以期为今后类似手术的护理提供参考。Delayed postpancreaticoduodenectomy hemorrhage(PPH)is less common in clinical practice,but the mortality rate is extremely high,and timely and effective treatment measures need to be taken.Hybrid surgery is a technique that combines interventional techniques and surgical methods to treat complex diseases under the guidance of real-time imaging.This paper reported the perioperative nursing of 1 patient with delayed PPH treated by hybrid surgery.Through preoperative multidisciplinary team cooperation and coordination of surgical arrangements,intraoperative efficient cooperation with hemostasis,radiation protection,skin management,compound heat preservation,weighing risk and anti-embolization,postoperative interventional puncture limb nursing and safe transport,the patient finally successfully completed the operation,recovered well after operation,and was discharged after 62 days.This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of this case,in order to provide reference for the nursing of similar operations in the future.
